Working in the Matrix of Radiating Love

You have the ability to directly perceive radiating Love flowing to and from yourself from the Source and everything in the Universe. In your body. Physically. The ancient ones knew this and somehow many of the modern gurus appeared to have missed this point.

The body acts as a conduit for Love or subtle energy, chi. And because we are a conduit we can gauge our progress along our energy radiating consciousness path by the degree of openness to the flow we experience.

None of this occurs in the brain, mind, or imagination. Our bodies will tell us exactly where we are at with the sensations.

What energy is not. I frequently run across misconceptions about energy. While the life force is in everything, your conscious perception and guidance of energy is what I’m talking about. The tool you have in the physical for perceiving is your body.

When I refer to energy I am not referring to:

• An emotion. Subtle energy is not, or dependent on, your emotional state. Brain research shows us emotions have a physical basis. They originate from the body responding to perceptions, biochemistry, and other physical stuff. Brain stuff.To be open to the flow is about detachment and surrender. Being what some refer to as the compassionate observer.
• Your imagination or creative visualizations. Life force energy is directly perceptible by your physical body. Your nervous system acts as, among other roles, an antenna for energy while you are alive in the physical universe. If your body is not picking up the energy signals you’re not getting as much energy flow as you have the potential to receive.
• Pain. A martial arts instructor once attempted to demonstrate chi for me. She struck my forearm really damn hard and said, “What you’re feeling is chi!” Excuse me? No. That’s pain.

What is subtle energy? Subtle energy is the radiating flow of Love in the Universe. Of which, you are one of the points in the matrix doing the radiating.

• You have a body so you can learn and grow in this life from a constrained perspective. With your body you have immediate feedback for where you are in the opening process. More sensation equals more opening.
• Your heart is your connection to the matrix and flow. You sense and process what comes to you energetically using your heart. Your heart is where you do the actual communicating with the matrix.
• Your imagination is your workshop for learning and growing, crafting your life, and achieving your goals.

How do you get get control of your energy? Direct your attention at your breath. Feel what it is to be alive in your body.

Put these elements together for healing and whatever else. Leave out the direct energy connection via the physical level of existence and your work is unbalanced.
