Spiritual or Energy Healing at a Distance

One learns pretty quickly the role of distance in energy healing.  A friend asked tonight for a favor.  Before the favor was vocalized my hands began to buzz.  As soon as the request was stated my friend’s affected arm began to buzz.

During the rest of our conversation the energy circulation continued.  And I will do more work before going to sleep tonight.  What kind of results are we expecting?  I don’t know.  My role is to hold the energetic space for whatever needs to happen to happen.  In order to hold that space my hands do not even need to be touching the area of concern.  In fact, they can be 2,500 miles away, as they were tonight, and have the same results as if we were in the same room together.

The capabilities of our hearts and minds are only bound by our conditioning and beliefs.  We are all connected.  Distance (and time) are meaningless.
