Business Meetings and Heart Energy

Here’s an easy way to work with heart energy during your next business meeting or negotiation.  Nobody has to know what you are doing.  Be watchful of body language, interactions between those present and how both you and the feel of the meeting itself shifts as you work.

• Be Aware of your breathing.  Shifting your awareness to your breath helps take you out of whatever narrative you having playing in your head.
• Imagine your Heart doing the inhaling and exhaling.  Shifting your attention to your heart allows you to pay closer attention to your intuitive channels.
• Establish the intent to flow and circulate energy about the room without attempting to influence any individuals present.
• Note energetic sensations, images and intuitions that may come to you.

A caution.  When you do this work with an intent to influence other people specifically, you are going to set up a system of energetic interactions and effects.  Being able to predict outcomes and impacts on your life can be nearly impossible.  Which is why it’s often a good idea to work the space and yourself only, in a state of Allowance.
