I’m no doctor, so talk with one if you want a medical opinion. Those links look like they have some solid information.

The top one is quite good. It is prepared by a doctor that has made Avian Influenza his focus in life. He has advice on the societal problems that will come as a result of the pandemic. Which he says the odds of it happening are 100 percent. We’re due. 3 times a century these bugs come along.

He also includes a list of essentials for treating family members, and keeping the rest of the household exposure to a minimum. Make sure to read the letter at the end. It was written in 1918 at the height of the Spanish Flu pandemic. Which, by the way, is likely to have killed 80,000,000 world wide according to the author of this guide.

There’s lots of facts and figures to go with the advice. The web site he has it hosted on is dedicated to the flu. You might take a peek at what else is available.

Get informed and get ready. If it’s not this year it will happen sometime. Sooner than later according to the experts. It’s you and your families health.
